developer ------> Delphi

Hello freelancers .... Before you agree to the job please read the details for the past year I've been developing a piece of software made in Delphi it hasn't been easy and there's been a lot of ups and downs... But thankfully most of the softwareis complete.... But it s missing a few final touches. .. here is the problem I am certain that what I have will bring in a revenue in my market but rite now I don't have much money left to complete itt .. I do have some money but not as much as a good deticated freelancer would want so rather then make up some lie this is where I am. I do have some founds tho so if there anyone out there that is ok with some sort of payment plan and is ready to give me his 100% do that we can finish this and make money plz message me ... I am open to offering the one who helps me a percentage of the profit generated from this application once it is finished again please only message if your a serious freelancer who can concentrate his time on finishing this rather than have 100 clients. And I did say that I do have money just not thousands at this time thank you for you time
