Hi! Do you want to run this on your local computer (e.g. as a VBA script) or on a server? The simpler the format of your Excel list file the better. You also may wish to consider how you mark things as sent so that customers don't get duplicate invoices (or get a follow-up/statement instead of the same invoice again). Thanks! RC
