Hi there. This job is right up my alley. I'll create the windows data entry screen in either VB or C# depending on your preference if any. We can use SQL Sever Express for the database which is free or we can talk about what you want to use if you already have something in mind. Much needs to be explained, though as far as what is actually needed in the system.
