I do a little bit research before bidding on this project as you had mentioned you require not the fastest bidder but the best bidder. I am not claiming that i am being the best bidder but i think as i had done some homework on your requirement which might made me ahead of other bidders. See recently i done a list of around 20000 agents working within 2300 estate agency all over the Australia and i do that all manually by visiting each and every websites which takes me around 30 days so based on that i can say i can complete your job within 15-20 days max. Also i prefer manual entry rather then crawling as again we have to do a lot of adjustment after fetching the data through crawling or running some script. So i prefer visiting the websites and then copy paste or manual entry. This technique always increase the efficiency. Now some of my concern related to your project. 1. In template worksheet , there were titles for which information required like id, given names, family name and others, my concern whether you want all the information, if yes then id is same as Sr No or you want the employee id which i think it will be almost tough as i didn't get on any of the site, also same with the family name (is this nick name or something like that which i didn't find anywhere) 2. In how many days are you looking for the final list ? 3. So the payment will be as per the milestone ?
