Hi my name is Nigel. Based in the United Kingdom, I run a busy office in a small engineering / manufacturing company. I am looking for a part-time office administrator / virtual assistant, with excellent written and spoken English, to help me with a range of business and personal tasks. This could include the following: - Typing up notes and minutes - Web research - searching Google, LinkedIn - Managing calendar and appointments - Keeping contacts (CRM) up to date - Replying to emails and updating customers on progress of work - Adding orders to our sales system - Booking shipments for transport - Contacting suppliers to get quotes I'm looking for someone who: - Has excellent written and spoken English skills. - Has fast internet connection and reliable computer. - Works hard and can meet tight deadlines. - Can follow processes accurately - loves checklists and working in a structured environment. - Can work well with minimum supervision. The work is Part Time - currently 2-10 hours each week. Ok, how to apply…..
