Need Spanish data entry person

We are running a census in Honduras from mid August 2016 to the third week of September 2016. Data collection should take about five weeks. We will be administering a paper version of the census which will be about 44 pages long with mainly multiple choice responses and about 15 open ended responses. In that sense, although the census is long, the data entry will be relatively straightforward since there are not many verbatim responses. We will undertake the census in around 4,000 households. There will be a few different versions of the census which include the same questions, however the order of some of the questions will vary in each version. We would scan the questionnaires at the end of each day and send them to you digitally. We would need you to digitalise the content of the questionnaires into a csv file. My initial questions are: Tell me about your pricing scheme -your pricing guidelines, whether you charge by page, by question etc. Using the questionnaire attached please give me a quote. Do you practice double-entry of data? Is the data entered manually? In which country are the people who enter the data based? Would you be able to digitalize a small random sample of the census to us within 24 hours for us to monitor the data collection in real time? How soon would you be able provide us with the entire set of data digitalized? Will people who enter the data/check the data speak spanish? Do you run data quality checks? Which ones?
