Looking for Direct Lines to Local Chefs and General Managers

Looking for someone to research local restaurants in the Washington DC area and compile a list of direct contact information for the Chefs or General Managers. I'm hoping to compile a list of 200 direct lines to Chefs and General Managers of restaurants. The restaurants researched will require certain criteria to be considered a possible lead. Direct line research experience is preferred. This job will consist of: -Find the website name, address, and website for restaurants in the Washington DC area -Of those restaurants, find the Chef and General Manager's name, direct contact email and phone number -Inputting all found data in an excel spreadsheet that's organized -Discussing the project using good conversational English -Should take no more than 12 hours of work Restaurant Qualifications: -NO Fast Food Classified Restaurants will be considered as leads (McDonalds, KFC, etc). -Looking Fast Casual, Casual Dining, Family Style and Fine Dining Restaurants. -Must have salad available for purchase on the menu. -Restaurants will be located within 50 miles of the center of Washington DC. -Will have no more than 8 different locations and will be locally owned.
