It is my desire and dream to with customers, to help bridge the gap between the general understanding of customers and their problems, humbly, politely and vividly.
With my extensive knowledge about basic computing, I helped fixed the customers problems which mostly related to MS Word, surfing the web, making online applications, explaining things that are not well understood, patiently taking them through over and over again until they were fully satisfied and well aware of what they were doing.
I voided the need for an extra technician to be employed as I fixed the damaged computers. Some issue relating the replacing the operating system software, networking the entire café to make the Internet timer software possible, and technically, keeping the computers healthy each morning for the day’s job.
Indeed I was not the only employer but the sight of an operational problem appeared to hit me a harder blow. I helped build a custom software with Microsoft Studios using Visual Basic to address the Stores need for a timer for the external computers people bring in for internet service.
I made it my job to acquire more knowledge about the customers, which in turns helps me connect with them more and help make their problem solving swift and easy.
