Greeting, Thanks for such a clear description and taking time to read my offer I have read the whole advert thoroughly and i have watched the walkthrough video. Let me summarize the process from my understanding - We use 2800+ first name and last name to search on CRS system to find list of properties they may have - If property found, then copy all of their property data into matched column on spreadsheet. One person may have more than 1 property I have got the idea of this project. After watched the video i give rough estimation that in 1 day i can complete about 200 records, there are 2800 record and i think i can complete it in 14 days. It is just rough estimation and i am sure i can complete it (2800 records) earlier. Willing to complete it for $600.
