Looking for an assistant to communicate through Whats app and [login to view URL] this is for real estate The major role would be to send contracts or simple agreements to customers with templates on docusign. Some times a pdf must be created instead and sent to emails. the other role is to draft documents like Deeds, or agreements related to the customers, these are created through google sheets and I have a template for each one. we just need to add basic details to it. I will have videos tutorials for everything. I will also need you to contact title companies to begin transactions. You will have to also follow up with these transactions to make sure everything is working properly. the last thing is to do due diligence on these properties, checking for back taxes, liens, the names on title etc Once again videos and other written instructions will be there to assist you along with direct communication through whats app. Thank you im looking for attitude as well :)

Greetings The job description sounds exciting and its like a new adventure. I did several temporary projects with few UK & USA based real estate investors. The responsibilities were mostly related to collecting records from county sites, gathering leads from online sources, skip tracing, scrubbing large lead lists for bulk skip tracing or mailing postcards, virtual driving for dollars.
