I have various databases on various text, word, CSV and excel sheets for different business industry, countries, etc.
I would like some kind of one database where I can import all database and I should be able to carry on following:
1. Automatically delete the duplicates
2. Query database for anything, Lets say I input all data on database and need to query say for all estate agents or ay business, it should bring up all data on database or I should be able to run a query for anything.
3. Should carry all fields required like name, business name, address, telephone no. email, website address, type of business, Business Industry, no. of employees, turnover.
4. It should prompt if I enter data which already exists on database.
5. All cleansed data will be password protected and I should be able to take backups in cloud or on tape.
In all I want ability for data extraction from different sources, then transform , refine and cleanse data which was extracted from different sources after applying all these techniques on data it should be loaded in a final integrated database.
Along with this, I want an email script to be attached to the database so I can cleanse the database with wrong or unavailable emails as the script should be able to do soft and hard bounce backs.
Please only bid if you understand everything as above and should be able to do everything and put help notes or use notes on the sheet.
Payment will be only made by Freelancer and ONLY RELEASED on completion. 50% Milestone will be created first and 50% will be created once job is delivered and 100% will be paid once the whole project is checked by our technical manager.

This can be achieved by designing a C# win-forms application. Application will have UI to import all this data in SQL Server database. Proper validation on import process will,be applied and prompted if anything going wrong.
UI to search data will be provided and filters will be provided to search data. Export facility will be provided to export data in Excel, PDF etc.
I have 8.5 years experience in .NET and SQL Server and have completed many successful projects on freelancer.

Kindly review my profile. I have over 7 years of experience with SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2008 R2 and 2012. I have an MCITP in SQL Server 2008 Database Administration and Business Intelligence. I have provided consultancy to many client as an SQL Expert for Database and Administration including reports in different modules like Crystal Reports, SSRS and Sharepoint. To address the issue I would recommend SQL Server 2008 R2 as DB and SQL Server Business Intelligence tools which would work for ETL.
