Automotive related data entry project

I am looking for a data entry people that will basically use a management interface to enter the details of the vehicles they are assigned. This project requires good research skills as the information itself will not be provided by us. This project at its most basic form is to build an inclusive database of the vehicles (cars, motorcycles, boats, jet skis) and their options from 1990-2010. The interface for the project is very simple and requires a few clicks to add a vehicle, so its more about finding the information itself. Example: BMW 323 - This car will have 20 entries (1990-2010). - Each entry will have a unique year. - Some entries will be identical (except for the year) since in this case, BMW usually change options/hp/others in their vehicles every 4 years.
