1. Totals cannot reset , you should re-install the software and delete the old files so its not copy the file.
2. Quickbooks is the fastest way for your Dental Office. All you have to do is to encode all the details on the software and Quickbooks will categorize the rest. But, be careful on encoding it.
3. Quickbooks will automatically separately the categorized, as long as you know the accounting words, such as payables, receivables, transportations, inventory, salaries and wages and many more.
4. My past dental clinic works also supply dental needs, such as precast powders, 3M Products, GC America, Whitening Tools and Gel and everything. Its inventory is very sensitive and it must encoded into details and chose where it be categorized.
5. Quickbooks is easy to use, it is a good software for you business. It can be use by your accounting clerk, inventory clerk, encoder and most especially, you. You may track all of your details and financial status in just one click. You do not need to manually encoded it or put it on excel file. It will generate all you need.
