Need Rental Admin Assistant

I am in need of someone who can help manage my listings on rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Tripadvisor and more. Only candidates residing within London should apply. LISTINGS SET UP: Create a compelling property profile which will really sell & guarantee high occupancy rate. 2. RATES & CALENDAR AVAILABILITY: Manage the preferred pricing and monitor guests move-in and move-out dates for regular calendar update 3. COMPETITOR RATES: Study the market pricing and perform intermittent competitor rates analysis. 4. KEY HANDLING & CHECK-IN/OUT 5. SCHEDULE & COORDINATE WITH CLEANERS All the properties are within Greater London and although some of the tasks can be done remotely, there are other aspects that need to be completed in person.
