So I need someone to do simple 3 card tarot readings for my customers, as well as gather their emails and at the end trying to book them for a full session. Your job performance will be judged based on how many people you can get to book a day and the number of people you can talk to in a day without missing the lead. You will have to be fully immersed in the work as it is constant and demanding. Your job is to get bookings first and to read tarot second. You need to have an understanding of what tarot is and how to basically read the cards but keep it simple and direct and honest. Only answer one question and make the person want more and when they do get them to book an appointment as fast as you can. When they do book the appointment, tell them there's a sale for anyone who they send the link to as well and they will also get free tarot readings. To book them make an appointment with facebook, make sure you record their name, email and the service they are getting. It is important at the end of each day you list the hours you worked, put the emails of all leads into a lead list and also report who booked an appointment and when. My goal is to get 30 leads a day so be aware of this as the metric I will be judging you by.
