I have an excellent background in customer service and over 7 years of experience in delivering high-quality customer satisfaction. During my tenure as a customer service specialist in the BPO industry, I was able to contribute to the strength of my team while forging stronger relationships with our clients. Then, I started to work remote last January as an Inside Sales Agent for a US Real Estate where I help home buyers get the house that matches their criteria. My most recent job was in a CRM start-up company for Real Estate and Brokerages, Contactually where I worked as an email customer support. I respond to inbound email support requests, file tickets if needed to get back to the customer and determine if the issue needs to be passed on to the Engineers. I have a proven track record of success in customer service and a passion to run with the best. On top of this, I possess strong empathy for my customer’s needs, take great pride in the products that I sell, and have a tremendous work ethic.
