Changes in react project

Enhancements for existing employee application.
Existing application source code is attached.
Need following changes:
1. Remove the left side menu completely, remove button to show/hide left menu.
2. Remove top header
3. Add new top header / Site Nav as per attached image: [login to view URL]
using BluePrint Js only for css and icons (NavBar, Navgroup, Nav header text).
NavBar all links and menu text style as per attached image: nav_bar_text_style.png.
Navbar background as dark color.
When hover/click on navbar items, the text should become white from offwhite color, like of Text: "Home" in attached image: nav_bar_text_style.png.
NavBar needs to have following items:
a. company logo , left aligned
b. link: Home , left aligned. onclick= navigate to home page as per [login to view URL]
c. Menu item: Employees, left aligned
d. Menu item: Companies, left aligned
e. Sub menu to Employees: Create Employee, All Employees. Actions: Onclick of create employee= Create employee page , onClick of all employees = Employee list page
f. Sub menu to Companies: Create Company, All Companies
g. link: help icon with hover text: Help, as per style: [login to view URL]
h: link: account icon with Hover text: Account, as per style: [login to view URL]
4. Configure error handling : for Create/edit Employee pages, Make name and phone number as mandatory and do validation for on submit. show error message. error message format we can discuss -from some ready ui component if possible.
5. When clicked on Home link, navigate to Home page to show progress line as per website.png. Home page also need to have dummy content. home page also shows counts: Eg: Companies : 2 Employees: 200.
If easily possible, show tree structure of companies and employees.
Need to use BluePrint Js as library for Site Nav/ NavBar [login to view URL]
Need to check and discuss for ui lib for progress bar : Blueprint/primereact/etc.
