Code email-friendly emails from Photoshop PSD or Illustrator files

I have a series of outbound emails that were create in Adobe Illustrator and exported to Photoshop PSD files. I am looking for a source who understands all of the email clients and can create html code for the emails that works on a majority of email clients PLUS offer a text version. Ideally you can create a template that I can use to drop in different images and text. I also need some training on the easiest way to upload images to the website that will be hosting images.
