window position saving for qt IDE project

Hello! Looks like an interesting project. I worked more than 10 years on different desktop projects, with different libraries/frameworks. So I'd be great to work on this as well. I took a look at the IDE code a bit, and it looks well documented/written. Going to learn it more to get an understanding of how things are done exactly.
