Hello. I advise you to use Inno Setup to build installer for Windows. It has a lot of options and plugins and is very popular. It supports Win7 and above (+ it is possible to support WinXP in old version), Windows 32bit and 64bit. It is quickly to build new installer from scratch - I have a good experience.
