Please find all information relative to my skills and experience. I have more than 20 years of experience in writing, content development, and content design. For more than 15 years now, I have been an Instructional Designer managing education in the corporate and academic spheres al over the world. I also have a certificate in “Multiple Intelligences” conducted by Harvard Graduate School, USA. The following briefly describes my work as an Instructional Designer: 1. University of Phoenix: Used Simulation-Based Learning to create educational simulations for University of Phoenix. The subjects ranged from Public Relations to Business Management. 3. Procter & Gamble (P&G): Conducted an onsite pilot study (in Cincinnati) for the launch of P&G’s global leadership development program. 4. Ingersoll-Rand: Conducted an onsite systems study (in Davidson) to conceptualize and develop a simulation for their training.  5. General Electric (GE): Developed several simulations (SimBL™) for training on technical topics. Also used the proprietary Story-Based Learning (StoBL™) methodology to create learning packages 6. United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA):  Was onsite in the New York office for the systems study. 7. Early College: Was in Dallas and Baltimore to develop educational courses at the US high school level. Was leading a team of 20 instructional designers in Baltimore.
