SCOPE: You will be awarded $10 per unique ad- $5 per edited rendition of unique ad. As time progresses and we get to know you, you will get more money per ad. We will be needing around 10-35 ads a month. Winning ads are defined as ads with new angles that do better than the current winning angle. These will be awarded an extra $30-100, depending how good it does. Will be asked on a needs basis via our discord server- not a full time position. You will be given 90% of the assets needed, but will need to make some yourself with PhotoShop or a similar program. Experience with project management tools such as Miro, Figma, Discord, and Coda are bonuses GOALS: Buyer Persona Development: - Conduct extensive research to identify and develop at least four distinct buyer personas, understanding their specific pain points and challenges. Ad Creation: - Design and produce 10-20 unique ads, varying in style, tone, perspective, and approach, to effectively -engage different segments of our target audience. Collaborative Analysis: - Work closely with our internal team to review and test the effectiveness of ads, analyzing key metrics to determine the most successful elements. Ad Optimization: - Based on performance data, create an additional 15 tailored ad variations, continuously refining strategies to enhance conversion rates. Iterative Improvement: - Lead the process of testing, feedback, and ad recreation, focusing on iterative improvement to identify the optimal ad and highest converting buyer persona. Global Campaign Management: - Adapt and apply successful advertising strategies to other countries and targeting locations, considering cultural nuances and market specifics.
