These CV/s needs to be rearranged to suit/reflect the criteria Ingham area caravan park is located in North Queensland on the coast and surrounded by the picturesque Coral Sea. Our Caravan Park provides travelers with a unique and friendly holiday experience. This is a lifestyle position that would suit experienced candidates who love the "holiday park" environment and the North Queensland beachfront environment in a small community. We are seeking a motivated and competent couple for this live-in hands on management position. Candidates will have performed other caretaker or similar roles. The position is full time including weekends. The role requires the manager(s) to live on site and manage the daily operations of the business which include but not limited to; maintenance of caravans, cabins and general infrastructure, ensuring that the park is neat and tidy, retail shop and post office operation and attending to the parks guests and residents. The applicants require the following skills and attributes: Solid understanding of RMS Booking System and Point of Sale. Handyman skills ("Jack of all Trades") desirable. Strong people skills, excellent communication with a friendly customer focused personality. The ability to operate and manage an office and a small retail shop. Well presented, organised and the ability to work under pressure. A can-do attitude paired with an understanding of the needs and demands of this type of business. Stock control
