hi, codeigniter is MVC pattern, so if you want a new functionality so all it file are separated from other with it new name,which easy to maintain, it will be better if you give us a task, because any one csn google it by searching module in codeigniter. thanks

hey, i know codeigniter, and i worked with codeigniter and its module , well modules is like we create separate directory of any unique functionality . like we can said if site has many functionalities and we define different modules for each part of functions, ... do you want new module or you want to modify existing module. ? lets talk for more details. kind regards sajid. thanks

In CodeIgniter it has separate controllers, models and views. like an employer module has all things related to employer. module wise work is better to divide task into different developers at a time. Also has the quality to reuse them in different projects.
