Pick up package in New Jersey and mail it

I'm looking for someone to pick up a kayak paddle for me in Haddon Township in Collingswood, New Jersey, box it, and mail it to me. The package will be medium sized, weighing 1-5 lbs, and it would best for it to occur in the next week (picked up and mailed). I'm looking for standard shipping, but expedited or overnight can be arranged with additional cost.
