I am prior telephony experience gained as working as a collections advisor. I am a professional with a credible telephone manner. While working as a collections advisor I was expected to negotiate payment arrangements with customers with overdrawn accounts. Negotiation skills and correct voice tone, pace and pitch are needed to be successful. I am challenged by targets and am known to exceed them; therefor, the amount of contacts regarding this survey and convincing CEOs to complete the survey will motivate me to complete this task.
