I have a set of blueprints that have been scanned into a PDF format. They are very detailed and I meant for builder/architect to read. I would like to have them converted into an attractive floor plan that the average consumer can look at to see what the house floor plans will look like. If possible, it would be nice to have photo-realistic versions of a few of the rooms like the living room, kitchen and master bedroom, but those are not a must have. The main ones now are the two living levels of the house and a front rendering of what the house will look like. One of the blueprints is attached. I was hoping to keep this under the $150 price range.

Hello Sir. I am a Civil Engr and I have a very good experience of Auto cad making 2d and 3d Plans of residential houses(22 houses to be precise), one plaza and a farmhouse on on auto cad.
