Simple Gene C# program

Hello I need a program where I will be able to input my own gene info for a plant example. A plant will have W-G-G-H-X-H. I need to be able to put in multiple plant genes and they should print out in a window and be able to remove them from the grid etc. One plant can have the following Genes Red color genes, Labels and worth. W- Water- Value= 1 X- Bad Gene-Value=1 Good Color Genes green color values H-Heartiness, Value=0.5 G-Growth, value=0.5 Y-Yeild, value=0.5 I want it to display from least to greatest or vis versa after putting in every plant clipping. I have uploaded an example of one data entry from a plant Its a simple windows form input and output for school thanks! Every plant will always have 6 Genes always
