C# Automatic TimeTable Generator

we want to do this project on C# using C++ language for backend the algorithm we want to use is "Activity Scheduling Algorithm " we want to use that sort which has the best time complexity. the sort is used for sorting the class by their end time. the sorting algorithm may be a genetic algorithm, hybrid, bubble sort, quick, etc. we want to take teacher name, subject, credit hour, lecture, start time, end time if we enter the exited record that is present in excel file. the output that the project gives us is that it sorts the file and create an optimized table and we have the facility to download that table again we have the facility to update the existed record according to the need in that sheet/table like their name, start time, end time, etc. You may assume the model of a school. Just there are n different courses that are assigned different teachers and have specific credit hours. You just have to allocate a room to courses in a nonconflicting way(conflict means if two lectures are allocated the same room or two courses with the same teachers are assigned same time slot in different classes)
