Hello, we need a Lead Programmer for our long term project for DCS: World. we are a 3rd party and just at the beginning of things. we have 2 other programmers for this project who can always assist you. We also have 2 guys for texturing and 1 for 3D modeling the aircraft (2 modeler in the future) payment is uncertain for now, as this is just the beginning of a passionate project, but we make sure (through contracts) that everyone gets a fair split of the gained revenue. (A fixed percentage at the end. We can obviously discuss that) Our fist of rule is that your private life always comes first. what should you bring with you? - good experience with coding in lua - a good taste of humor - beeing respectful towards others despite their oppinions, race, gender and so on. we are looking forward to hear from you! *Removed by Admin* regards
