Full automated Expert Adviser

I need some one to make a Expert Adviser (Robot) that can trade for me in the financial markets fully on auto pilot. these the thing that it need to do 1. place a buy order after I have run the EA 2. it has to place a Buy-limit order about 100 pips from the buy order ( has to be changeable) 3. and it must have a Target price ..let say 100 pips (also has to be changeable) 4. optional: Money Manager ( risk factor in % and I have to change the Stop Loss on how the MM has to calculate the risk) 5. After a Target Price has bin hit then then all pending order(s) with the same Magic number has to be deleted and a new Buy order and or Buy Limit order has to be placed...this repeats all the time... When a buy order is active and a Buy limit order is active then a new Buy limit order has to be placed... Example: 1. entry @ 1.5000 2. Pending Buy order @ 1.4900 [login to view URL] Price on (1.) = 1.5100........Target Price on (2.) = 1.5000 4. Account balance:$10,000, Stop-Loss @ 1,000 pips, Risk 1% $10,000*1%=$100 risk / 1,000 Pips = $0.10 volume. So every order has to be 10 cents and not more then that... 5. We can discuss this after I have choose the Freelancer its just a simple Buy/Sell EA with Buy/Sell Limit orders and its repeats over and over again...
