MS Agent Creation

Need to do a program based on a database and programmed ideally in Borland C++. This program will be a program to be used in a shop to explain buyers different the technology present in some of the products we are selling. This program will explain, through the use of different screens which will include images, diagrams and a MS Agent, the different products on the shop. The user (myself) should be able to change the presentation and add new articles, changing the content of the tables from the database (without new programming). Depending on the content of the database, the program will do a presentation putting the images which appear on the database. This program will run in a touchscreen and will use a MS Agent to do all the talking (in Spanish) and explain the different products of the shop. I understand that this product is not clear enough yet, but the important thing here is to understand that this is the final product I will need (I will give many more details in the future). As of this moment, the project I want to post is the first step in this process which would be; 1. The creation of a personalised MS Agent. I will give an idea of what the aspect of the agent should be, and the programmer should do the design of it and give the needed movements to it to work properly as a MS Agent. This MS Agent should work with a program similar to www.verbots.com. It is important that whoever does the programming has experience creating MS Agents (please show as a reference any other MS Agents created in the past). 2. As a second step, I might need one or two extra MS Agents. Ideally (not mandatory), this person should be able to do, in a second step, all the programming for the program, based on a data base, which will run this MS Agent. However, at this point PLEASE QUOTE ONLY THE CREATION OF THE FIRST MS AGENT and let me know your experience of creating a program based on this MS Agent (further instructions would follow in the future). If there is available similar technology as the MS Agent, based on Linux, I would prefer. Please let me know. It is important to let clear that all the work done for this project would be of my property and would need all the programming done in my possesion.
