LensCap Ltd, Buyer finder manager We are looking for someone who can find genuine international buyers or buying agents from any country Those buyers will require us to help them, arrange the importing of large amounts of their desired goods/ products into their respective counties. Your job requirement is: Research – gather all the relevant buyer information and required product information, put it into a word or PDF format that lets us see exactly what each importing buyers requires. Destination port of products Quantity of products product weights dimensions volume of goods Date of intended order As you know the documents required for each shipment will depend on the conditions of sale (Incoterms) agreed between seller and buyer. So, the more information you can gather for us, the better Relationship building – You must build a good relationship with a potential buyer, so that by the time we conect supplier and buyer there is already a good, trust connection established with our company and they all feel confident we will proceed and succeed with their best interests in mind Letter of intent It will be your key task to obtain this letter of intent from your buyer The Letter of Intent document will complete your part of each operation, by confirming in writing the Buyer´s interest and willingness to continue negotiating. Then you can quickly move on to finding the next buyer As soon as we get the letter of intent, our logestics/ sales manager will take over the process and negotiate an International Sales Contract that due to its volume and complexity can require long periods to reach final agreement.
