I have a solid academic and practical background in business and digital transformation areas. I have master degree in AI from UK, another one in Business administration from Australia and bachelor degree in Mechatronics engineering. I have many years of work experience in various domains such business analytics, AI, operations, quality, and sales. In addition to deep experience in academic researches. I commit to provide the best service, timely feedback and accept changes as we go in your project to meet my clients goals. I am a career corporate specialist - focusing in Recruitment Technology, Leadership, Marketing, Websites, HR and a raft of other departments I have had the pleasure of working in over the last 10 years. Notably I have worked in leadership roles, focussed on Client Relations (client services, sales, account management and client engaging) most strongly. I have lead teams from small (5 people) to larger (15 people) with ease and success, imbuing processes and policies that enhance workflow and improve efficiency. Most importantly, I am the Managing Director of my own project - a company founded in Bio-Tech, with the goal of developing new therapeutic approaches to medicine that will improve and ultimately save lives. I coordinate and lead a very talented team of scientists and academics in their projects across a number of universities to develop truly ground breaking medicine. The goal is good science, and ethical pharmaceuticals - not money, we are very proud to say. All told, I have a background in corporate environments, business leadership, team management and can help establish processes and protocols that will ensure you are making the best of what you have and deliver it to your end-client.
