ADC Case Senario -Draw a BPMN diagram for ADC (sprint1) Using only (Visio) -Modify product backlog for ADC (sprint1) Using (Excel) -Produce a backlog for sprint 2 (include tasks each of your team member is responsible for) Using (Excel) -Draw a Use Case Diagram showing appropriate use-cases for ADC (Sprint2) Using only (Visio) -Write up an expanded use case for the diagram that you have drawn. -From the BPMN diagram drawn. Modify this diagram to show depth and complexity of the process flow. If you need to draw a new BPMN do so. If you are using sub-processes ensure you either expand it in the diagram or using a separate diagram to expand the sub-process for the purposes of showing this to a developer. -From the BPMN diagram, redraw this as an activity diagram, again with as much depth as you can.
