We tried to get this event up last year but had to cancel due to Covid19 lockdowns. We are now trying again. We are about to use a very unique venue for an event which is an old coal loading facility now converted into a sustainability centre and event venue. My event will be held in the actual coal loading tunnels beneath the Centre. I need a good, attractive floor plan to sell the venue to exhibitors. There are a total of 28 cells 5 x 5 metres approximately plus a reception area and outside space. I attach a floor plan of the ground floor layout above but the area I need a plan for are the tunnels underneath. Item 7 on this attached plan indicates the entry point. I also attach a very rough draft of the tunnels below (see the lower diagram) but this needs to be drawn up into something much more attractive to help me sell the space. I will work with the successful bidder to provide further information on courtyards outside [login to view URL]
