Design a unique bakery, chocolates and sweets showroom.

The architect shall provide services in respect of the following works. 1.1 Taking Client’s instructions and preparation of design brief. 1.2 Taking actual dimensions of the site and confirmation of existing site conditions and state of base built services including tap offs. 1.3 Interior design (including soft finishes). 1.4 Furniture design. 1.5 Design of interior related civil works. 1.6 Lighting design. 1.7 Selection of materials, equipment and other design related elements. 1.8 Integration of all Engineering services (HVAC, Electrical, Voice and Communication, Plumbing, Security, Fire Detection and Fire Fighting). 1.9 Providing fully coordinated set of Working drawings for complete interior works for execution (furniture layouts, setting out layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, electrical layout plan, plumbing drawing for concerned area, typical details, large scale details, specifications, joinery details, transition details between interior and other elements etc.)
