Design a website

I need a new website, that you choose from available templates online (example MotoCMS, templateMonster). I need you to design a website for my business. PRIOR TO BEING SELECTED YOU WOULD NEED TO: 1. Propose 3 templates to be considered that you will use and their cost. 2. (a plus if) you indicate 2 options for texting solutions in the page that you recommend, that can be linked to my cell or a service company to answer those texts. 3. (a plus) if you indicate that you can install texting directly to whatsapp from the website. 4. Indicate if you will install that template in my hosting company "Blue Host" or if I have to pay the template company for them to install it. ONCE YOU ARE SELECTED THEN YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO: 0) I would pay directly to the template company for the template. 1) propose three ideas that are in line with my business 2) adapt the template to my business 2) select the appropriate pictures for the site, with access to professional pictures. Business: Style: Elegant and minimalist like Nordic. I want the home page to clearly indicate our company is focused on: 1) Exporting items from X country. We are focusing right now on medical related, but want to be able to have a page open to other types. So in the landing page, I would suggest to mention hospital items, and I have other products we can list the type of product and then in the products page we would should a look and feel for medical type of products, and when they select the other type of product, they would a look a feel for that type of product. 2) Financing for international trade and structuring of Project Financing. On different tab: Will need to have pictures displayed so the users can view them 10-20 products to start with. I will need to display technical spec on the products, and shipping information. We need to determine if a pdf should be attached to each product or one link so users can download such information.
