New Bitcoin Website Developmnet

We need a who is familiar with Bitcoin to develop a website that is similar to this site: [login to view URL] The site above has a variety of features but we only need a stripped down version with a lot less features. When we say a stripped down version an example would be [login to view URL] but not as simple. We have developed some the website already and now we need someone to complete the development of the rest and fully integrate it will what we have done so far. Once they sign up they have the option to become Verified" Once verified they can choose to send money via bank transfer, once we receive fund we add it to their account, they can then purchase Bitcoin. We need the option to change the commission rate on the site. The site needs to be able to manage emails for people signing up and various templates etc. Bitcoin prices need to be displayed in Euro.
