Britney Spears banner #2

I need a competent, artistic person to create a Britney Spears banner. This banner will head her collection on my celebrity site www.paparazzi-celebrity-photos.com. You will create the banner from photos present in her collection on that site. Please make sure you visit the site before you bid. The text on the banner you create will be: "Britney Spears - as seen by paparazzi" The banner will be a collage of photos found in her collection on the site, tastefully and artistically blended, merged and arranged by you to create an inviting and accurate head for her images. Banner size is 1000 x 140px. Delivery of the banner is one psd file with all layers intact, especially the text layers, and one jpg file ready for publication.
