I have a solid foundation in mechanical design and finite element analysis, which I have gained through my academic and professional experiences.
In my professional experience, I have worked on a variety of projects as part of design and engineering teams, where I was responsible for designing, modeling, and analyzing mechanical systems. My experience in finite element analysis (FEA) mostly involved Structural, Modal, and Fatigue analysis using Ansys software. As a member of the engineering department, I was also involved in various prototyping procedures, including manufacturing, heat treatment, mechanical characteristic testing, NDT, and fatigue testing.
One of my key strengths lies in my ability to analyze tolerances within complex assembled systems. Through extensive experience and expertise, I have successfully employed tolerance analysis techniques to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of components. This skill not only guarantees the functionality of the instruments but also enhances their longevity and reliability.
