Provide technical support to our clients or end-users using Autodesk products on their CAD workstations. Should have deep experience with Autodesk products like AutoCAD, Revit, A360, 3Dstudio, etc. Experience with tuning and troubleshooting workstations, graphic card issues, LANs, Microsoft networking, etc. will be an asset.
The technical support will be provided over following channels during business hours in the USA and Canada timezones (mostly Pacific Std time):
*70% over Ticketed Support System via web and email.
* 20% over GotoMeeting, Teamviewer, WebEx or similar screen sharing tools
* 10% over Skype, VOIP or Telephone
In your response please attach a CV of your skills. Even if you have experience with just a single Autodesk product or IT systems, your application will be considered.
Payment will be either hourly or per ticket that is resolved to the satisfaction of the end user.
