3.5 hr audio transcring

The audio is not clear in places so whoever does it will have to know how to use audacity, audition etc play with treble, bass, amplication speed etc to get rid of background noise etc do you have people like that? yes we do but if the original file is not clear their will still be a lot of inaudibles most of the stuff is audible if you tweak audacity, audition etc of course we will try our best to do it is it one audio file or several audio files ? do you need time stamps ? one file what do mean by time stamps? LOL maybe not 16 but I want to know you are on the right track The first 3 or 4 updates are very important to give me confidence :) I understand your concern but you are giving just 24 hours to transcribe a 3.5 hours long audio which is Inaudible according to you... considering the tight deadline we will have to assign this among several transcribers.. and if we keep on sending your updates how will we meet your deadline ? I will try and send you updates but cannot guarantee an update every 90 minutes 2 hours then can you extend your deadline ? just send me 4 every 2 hours how much by? only some of the audio is unclear tomorrow midnight GMT ? how many updates? and when will i get the firts 2 updates? I will send the first update today within 4 hours after the job is awarded.... then two-three more after every 2 hours today and then another two three tomorrow before it is completed great If after the second update it is full of errors then I will cancel is that understood ?
