Single page update with image upload

We need a freelancer who can start work on this project immediately. We want to make the homepage of our clients website dynamic so that they can change the content and images themselves. We will provide the layout of the website homepage and indicate where the database information should appear. We will create an admin page where our client will be able to update their homepage. This will consist of: - 4 image uploads - a maximum of 16 text fields Please see the attached image that displays the editable sections of the homepage. The admin must be secure and should be accessed by entering a username and password.
