Szafar Databases

i like a program written in vb6 or other but vb6 is the main aim 1. the program will accept data from customer and when they save the data it will save it to there machine and then to the web server. [login to view URL] the data has been save to the web server it markedthe field send sucessfully in the databse. 3 i will have a small program on my machine which will get all the data from the webser and download it to my databses and then deleted the databses on the web or mark the data so that it dose not copy it twice on my local machine. If i decide not to delte the data then it will mark it has received they will also be a web interface as well later on or i may deceide to do the web as well.
