I need an online software that has the following functionalities: - Secure Login Page - Upload multiple files - Download files - Upload folders with subfolders and files - Add Versions (controling history) - It would be desirable to Edit files (open with user application) and save changes directly - Simple Workflow that supports notification via gmail, hotmail, or smtp mail servers. - Inbox page where the user can see its pending actions (the one notified via Workflow previously) - Allow to configure permissions for documents and folders to users and group of users. - Manage user accounts and groups (to apply permissions) - Audit page with tracking of "view", "download" and "edit" Requirements: - Programming Language: Microsft Asp.Net 2010 version - MySQL database desirable but I can hear recommendations on this matter - Programming code must be easy to understand and commented Any recommendations are welcomed on this project.

Also I have been involved in development of Business rule engine,Auto ticket generator & web based CRM system which involved ticket creation/escalation,escalation levels,assignment,resolution,archival and much more.
