Powerpoint Presentation on Effective Interviewing Techniques for Managers

I am a HR Manager working with a BPO company in India. I am supposed to deliver a 4 hour training program on "Effective Interviewing Techniques for Managers". We are facing a problem where we are losing our front line staff to competition especially people who complete 1-2 years with our organization. Moreover we also face high number of exits where people attend induction and never return back to work. While we are not the best pay masters, we offer an overall positive work environment. I have already designed something that I am attaching here. I want a few more slides (4-5) to complete my original deck. I am looking for rich content in terms of techniques and tips and not theory that I can otherwise find on the net. Looking for people with a L&D background and someone with experience in designing high quality and power packed content.
