Writing Business Proposal for TV Channel (Medium Size)

Rohingya Vision is a new initiative of Rohingya (A indigenous race of Burma) Community about developing a Satellite Broadcasting Television Channel Called the Rohingya Vision TV ([login to view URL]). In Burma since 2012, Genocide against Muslims and particularly Rohingya is being carried but unfortunately our case and voice are not represented as it should be to the international community. One of the main reason was and still is Media Coverage and specially Rohingya side of the story. My rough guess 90-95% of Rohingya unfortunately doesn't know how to read or write so writing News in English or Burmese or Urdu will not even cater 10% of Rohingyas. Majority of Rohingyas are pushed and left in Dark in terms of information, News, Analysis, Politics, Policies etc. That’s why a new and fresh initiative by a few people to start a Television called Rohingya Vision TV (RVision) started and self-funded with a few Rohingya Youth and donors where we focus 70-80% or our Video programs targeting Rohingya Audience in Rohingya language so that information could flow to the grass root. And 10-20% Programs in other languages like English and [login to view URL] we are producing Daily News in Rohingya, Burmese and English and other monthly programs detailed in our profile currently we broadcast through our website and [login to view URL] which later watched by people around the world in the State of Arakan, Burma they using 3G internet connection in rural areas. For the last two years Rvision has earned a good reputation and strong voice among Rohingyas and other international communities in this regard. We are looking into how to change this to a proper Satellite TV Channel to do that We need a proper proposal along with setup, studio, equipment and other costing to present to potential funders on humanitarian ground and later self sustaining model like revenue generating from Advertisements, campin etc.
