I need an Arduino developer who can develop a code for flow rate sensing of water and tracking it automatically via GSM. Send send the values to a database and should be able to fetch the data. We already have the complete code required for the project. The developer should be able to customize it with our requirements.

Hi. I am a Mechatronic engineer by profession with more than 4 years of expertise in the field of C programming for embedded systems such as the Atmega series, ARM series and STM series. I have handled a very similar project that measures the flow rate of water and also measures the water level in reservoir tanks for both water and liquid fuel.
