Digital Advertisement - Script+Animation - 60 seconds - Time-Frame 24hrs

Dear All, I am looking for someone who can help me create an script along with an animated advertisement. The duration of the Ad needs to be just 60 seconds. And I have 24 hours to complete the Ad. To give you an idea about the Ad... My idea was to promote a devise that can help save people from drowning... There will be a base in the swimming pool, that can be raised by a hydraulic system. When the sensor detects that someone is drowning, the devise goes towards the person, and raises the person above water-level. So that is my concept. You will need to develop a concept based on that, and create a 60s Ad to promote this devise. If you have any doubts, please do get back to me. I will need this Ad done in the next 24hrs. Thanks.
